A - Yes. Ticket Unlimited sells both tickets as well as completely organized trips.
Q - Can I get my money back after I cancel a reservation?
A - Yes. Ticket Unlimited will give you back the purchase amount minus the administrative fee.
Q - What is the Ticket Unlimited Newsletter?
A - The Ticket Unlimited Newsletter is a recurrent item with specials, offers and the latest news about events.
Q - Why are the ticket prices at Ticket Unlimited higher than they regularly are?
A - That’s because our tickets are based on supply and demand. Our prices depend on the current market value.
Q - I’m on the waiting list for …. Can I be sure I will be contacted?
A - As soon as we receive new tickets, you will be notified our clients.
Q - Can I pay with a credit card on your site?
A - Yes, you can pay online with a secured connection.
Q - Can Ticket Unlimited also supply tickets for abroad events?
A - Yes We sell tickets for foreign events often in combination with plane tickets. For information on these events, please feel free to contact us.

Q - I have entered the wrong address. What should I do?
A - You can contact us by phone or e-mail and we will make sure your personal data will be updated.
Q - What is a one-time collection?
A - With this payment method you authorize us to make a single collection from your account.
Q - I have lost my tickets. Will you replace them for me?
A - Ticket Unlimited cannot be held accountable for the loss or theft of tickets. And therefore we will not replace your tickets.
Q - I have not yet received the tickets I ordered. What should I do?
A - Shipments generally take two working days. If you are not at home to receive the package, it will be stored in the nearest post office for three weeks. You can call us for a detailed overview of the status of your shipment.
Q - Are the proffered tickets real?
A - Through years of experience we have learned to distinguish between authentic tickets and forgeries, so you can always be assured that you have the real thing. However, Ticket Unlimited cannot be held accountable for forgeries and/or copies.
